1. Cancelling an order
You can request cancellation or changes by contacting Martxel as soon as possible on 695 96 07 68 or at info@martxel.es. Once the preparation has started, it may not be possible to cancel it because it is food prepared specifically for you.
2. Incorrect or incomplete order
If your order is incorrect, incomplete or has a problem, tell us as soon as possible with the order number and, where useful, photographs. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as replacing the affected item or refunding the relevant amount.
3) Refunds
Where applicable, a refund will be made by the same means of payment used in the purchase, unless we agree otherwise. The effective term may depend on the bank or payment provider. Martxel does not store your full card details.
These conditions do not limit the rights that correspond to consumers in accordance with the applicable regulations.
