This adventure began as a spark of inspiration during a chaotic moment in my life. Amid challenges and uncertainty, I discovered a new and exciting world: Smash Burgers. That fascination soon became an obsession, and what started as an experiment in a butcher shop became a culinary revolution.
I swapped the art of cutting meat for the art of smashing it.
Every night, after closing the butcher shop, I worked on perfecting an idea that seemed crazy to many. But I was determined to reinvent myself. With my experience in the butcher trade, I brought exceptional quality to our burgers by blending traditional techniques with innovative recipes.
