2. How an order is confirmed
Before sending the order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, contact details, method, address and payment method. The order is formalized when you confirm the statement and receive the confirmation on screen or through the indicated channel. The letter, availability, schedule, area and mode - collection or delivery - are shown during the process.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Before confirming, the total will be displayed, including the corresponding delivery costs. Card payment is processed by Redsys, which redirects the user to their secure environment. Martxel does not store full card details.
